| Use this form to request a booking from My DJ Services. Responses to all requests will be made in less than 24 hours. Once your event has been accepted, you will receive additional forms to complete in order to make your event go smoothly. Prices start at $150 per hour of performance time. Larger events incur additional costs. Events outside of the Fort Lauderdale / Miami / West Palm area will be charged a travel fee of $0.50 a mile (one way).
